Our volunteer opportunities are as creative and diverse as our volunteers themselves.

Since 2010, 826 New Orleans has published over 3,000 young writers. Without our volunteers, our shelves would be empty.

  • Inside of 826 New Orleans, they are writing coaches, envelope stuffers, book designers, and our most dedicated fundraisers.

  • Outside of 826 New Orleans, they are artists, writers, editors, lawyers, teachers, dog walkers and parents.
